Brief
Create a set of modular point-of-sale solutions to support the brand revamp. The system needed to give retailers ready-made display options that could help them visualise products in-store, while reducing reliance on bespoke designs. The aim was to improve turnaround times, lower implementation costs, and enable reuse of assets across future campaigns.
Challenges
The key challenge was designing a system flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of product sizes. The solution also needed to scale, offering tiered options from low-cost displays through to premium, powered versions, while allowing for different product quantities to be showcased effectively.
Outcome
he final deliverables were structured into low, mid, and high-tier options, all built around a shared core frame. This frame could then be adapted through different features and finishes, making it easy to scale the solution. To add flexibility, the design was split into three base sizes and incorporated pegboard panels and magnetic elements, allowing retailers to adjust layouts and display configurations as needed.
Reception
The project was well received, with the mid-tier option quickly adopted and rolled out in several retailers. Its modular construction has allowed the brand’s corporate image to be refreshed without the need to build an entirely new system. While the low and high-tier options haven’t yet been implemented in stores, they remain valuable tools at the concept stage, helping retailers visualise the full range of possibilities.
